- Centralized Administration: A dedicated web portal allows designated administrators to easily purchase licenses, track activations across devices, manage user quotas, configure access policies, manage other administrators, and view payment history/invoices.
- Domain-Based Access: Licenses are tied to your verified school or business email domain (@yourschool.edu, @yourcompany.com). Any user signing in with an email from your domain can activate a license (first-come, first-served, subject to quotas). Common personal email domains (@gmail.com, @outlook.com, etc.) are not eligible for account creation.
- Uncompromised Data Privacy: As always with Notewise, all user note content remains private and stored locally on their Android or iOS devices. We do not access or store your organization's note data on our servers when using business licenses.
Getting Started:
To activate your account, an initial minimum purchase of 20 licenses is required after completing the simple onboarding process found on our website. Administrators can then purchase additional licenses anytime as needed (subject to minimums specified at purchase).
