# Notewise

> Notewise is an AI-powered note-taking app for iPhone, iPad and Android. It brings typed text, audio and transcripts, handwriting and freeform Canvas content, PDFs, documents and images into living Notes that can be organized, updated and explored with AI.

Notewise is developed by ZIIKR Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. It combines two complementary experiences: **Note**, which turns multiple sources into a structured, editable note, and **Canvas**, a freeform workspace for handwriting, drawing, annotation, diagramming and whiteboarding.

## Plans and important distinctions

Notewise offers two product families that are purchased separately:

- **Notewise AI & Cloud** is available through Basic, Starter and Pro subscriptions tied to a Notewise account. All three plans include AI Notes, Custom Tabs, AI Chat, text and handwriting recognition (OCR), audio transcription, cloud sync, real-time collaboration and browser access. They primarily differ in monthly AI allowance and cloud storage. Guided AI Podcasts are available on Starter and Pro.
- **Notewise Classic** is the local-first Canvas experience. Classic Free supports up to 10 Canvas notes and 50 pages per note. Classic Unlimited is a one-time, platform-specific purchase that unlocks unlimited Canvas notes and up to 3,000 pages per note. Classic plans do not include AI Notes, Custom Tabs, AI Chat, OCR, audio transcription, cloud sync or real-time collaboration.

Classic Unlimited purchases do not transfer between iOS and Android. iOS users purchase through the App Store. Android users can purchase through Google Play or, where needed, use a one-device activation code purchased through Stripe.
